I think you miss judge Jimlur. I believe on March 1995. IDCC lost to motorola. IDCC may foresee to have cash problem and may have offering option to existing shares holders to gain more cash. He did make a right call at that time to get option. He helped save the company for us all as far as I am concern.

It has nothing to do with present extra 5 millions shares offering to insiders (or ISO). JimLur will not gain anything from this voting events. He definitely has more to lose than me in dilution since he has more shares than me.
