And they are bad... None of the millions of revenue are reported as has been reported by the company would be and in fact there is ZERO revenue reported. Then there are all those shares sold at a discount to be dumped on the retail investors.

Millions and millions of shares...

All this on top of the recent SEC suspension and relegation to the Grey Market...
