Hi Bank, could you and the rest just be towing the "insider" line due to personal and business ties with current management? You are not looking at things from the shareholder's perspective. All very understandable.

Let's see you make a case for how this sale was done in an open above-board fashion?
Let's see you make a case for how this CEO has improved shareholder value using share price as an objective measure?
Let's see you make the case for how productive and positive his tenure has been using revenues, balance sheet and income as examples of objective measures?
