While i doubt this stock is a scam due to ownership shares being so high and not sold often, I think that the management of these assets (if all they are supposed to be) is troublesome. Between weak partners, slow movement, bad luck and no news the stock gets demolished. This stock should be at least $.50 on spec but no confidence causes Shareholders pay the price.
P.S. it does not help when people claim to know something every week and something doesn't happen.
