Eneerg is showing usthe way Matt listen up

Eneerg posts here almost every day informative news related to wireless communications, and therefore to IDCC.

In the "good old days," before this board was hijacked by folks who apparently have never had an unposted thought, there would have been useful dialogue on the information eneerg and others posted here. We would have all learned something from the dialogue.

Lately, the board has been driving away readers because of the endless claptrap from posters who are using this board as a replacement for their social life. Does ANYONE really have enough to say to justify the number of posts from some here?

I used to read 80% of the posts on RB and here. Now I read about 10%. I find the rest an intolerable waste of time. The same points are repeated ad nauseam by people who simply can't let a matter drop. And then some make it personal and get ugly. What a shame.

We've moved over to IHub where there is great potential for a world class board. But the freedom of expression allowed here is a killer. Jim's hands are being tied, IMO, by not letting him get rid of the posters, permanently or temporarily, who are abusing this board. Matt will learn that lesson too late, I'm afraid. Matt has in mind an ideal board where freedom of expression works perfectly. If he would allow Jim to run this like the old RB board he would find this would emerge as the best message board on the Net and IHub would get the credit. But it appears Matt is willing to let us sink because he won't allow this board to try out some of its own restrictions.

Eneerg leads the way with good stuff to discuss. Before its absolutely too late, why not focus on useful discussion here?
