The point is that "insiders" are given options (shares) at no cost outlay for them. Yes we can discuss that it is part of the compensation package...but anyway...we move on. They are given free shares and then excercise their options and sell. We (investors) buy our shares, money out of our pockets and invest in IDCC. There is absolutely no risk for them to sell, because they get/have more free shares(in essence, never a loss for insiders), but their sales look "bearish" and they hurt the true investors. We won't/can't sell because we recognize the potential and the risk of not owning the stock at the time the share price rises. I say "potential", when will we see the "actual"??? Share price keeps climbing, insiders keep selling, but there is no actual progress. We settled a 10 year old litigation over 60 days ago for a fraction of what was expected, and nothing has happend since, NOTHING, except insiders selling in March and May. Please tell me why everyone is so satisfied with management's progress. Nothing actually has improved. I am just waiting for a deal, a licensee...what is taking so long after we settled a case that was going to unshackle IDCC.
