k9narc, Bottom line is everything is Dans fault or the companies. Why, because that's what you people want to believe. It could be an argument over services rendered. One party thinks they performed the service they were contracted to and the other party doesn't. Why are people on this board so quick to jump to the conclusion it's Dans or the companies fault. There has been no decision on the case. It may have been settled out of court already for all you know and the april court will be a formality. I have many relatives in business who have been to small claims court in an attempt to recover money owed them. Your lucky your accounts recievable are up to date and no bad debt. My point is wait for the decision before passing judgement. imo eom
