For MD Anderson to apologize, would be similar to "admitting guilt".
For them to "admit guilt" could get them 1 step closer to being sued for the $100 Million in market cap loss.
Therefor I do not think that MD Anderson will be apologizing. I suspect their legal council would advise against it.

I suspect that NWBO & MD Anderson brass may have had a bit of a chat about this shortly after it hit the wires and the stock started to take a beating. I suspect they came to some kind of agreement on how to move on.

I do believe NWBO could incur big harm if this situation were to become more of a battle, and it could delay or endanger the Direct trial. I get the impression that it is the desire of Linda Powers to put this new Feuerstein attack behind us, and keep the focus on moving forward. Billions are at stake. This last episode may have (temporarily) cost $0.1 Billion .... but best to keep eyes on the goal line where multiple Billions await. We all new that there would be some "speedbumps" along the way, and this was a big one, but we need to stay focused.
