flaflyersfan, you said:

"Let us say that there is such a thing as "50% complete". In that case TDCP could tell everyone exactly when prototype 3 or anything else will be complete to the days as the halfway point has been calculated by the company"

You speak of progress being linear; and it is not

Definition of Linear-

lin·e·ar (ln-r)
adj.
1. Of, relating to, or resembling a line; straight.

2.
a. In, of, describing, described by, or related to a straight line.

b. Having only one dimension.

3. Characterized by, composed of, or emphasizing drawn lines rather than painterly effects.

4. Botany Narrow and elongated with nearly parallel margins: a linear leaf.

Example: If it takes one year to complete a project to its halfway point, then it should be completly done in two. This can also be plotted on a x/y chart with a straight line. Your statement is flawed. Progress is not linear and will include multiple variables which includes an increase or decrease in duration of time. For example; unexpected problems, new areas for improvement, also a flip side to the coin; things can also progress quicker than the first 50%. Just because something is half done does not mean it will take the same amount of time to finish the remaining half, either faster or slower. 3Dicon issues forward looking statements, and to the best of their ability gives us a timeline, but that alone is speculative itself. It is there best educated guess. Also GO TDCP! I am a firm believer in this company and technology. It is my belief that this will have a great payday for us.
