Questions:
Did CIT Commercial not perform as expected so Dan didn't pay his bill?

The bottom line is that CIT Commercial wants its compensation and their suing for it. This has to put a delay in the plans of Dan folding Skiershop into SMMW.

On the next phone call, someone might want to ask Dan to come clean on this one. Ask him what made the deal go sour? Why hasn't Dan paid up?
