Not addressing the reason for the lock might not have a thing to do with business sense or the lack thereof, and very well might not even be a matter of choice. But rather rules and regs, if not a direct order from FINRA and or the SEC, for any number of reasons. And those reasons may have everything or nothing to do with present mgmt. I'm leaning toward somewhere in the neighborhood of 80% present mgmt, with the rest being shells of years past.

S do I believe PRPM's mgmt had something to do with this screw up, whether passive or proactive? You bet your ass I do!(lol) Imo, it would be a fool's errand to think otherwise.

But the fact still remains that it's still trading, it's not at no bid, filings are being made and it still has a YIELD status.
