Serota,previously the sole director of the company,and his affiliates,representing a majority ownership interest.Rhythm also acquired from Mr. Serota 100,000 Series B Preferred Shares,representing 100% of the issued and outstanding preferred shares. The company has no intent to dissolve and has filed a Certificate of Correction with the Nevada Secretary of State withdrawing and voiding the Certificate of Dissolution filed in error by Mr. Serota. Alexander Hazan, the owner of Rhythm Rooster, is currently the sole director and President of the Company and has replaced Mr. Serota, who resigned on May 19, 2014. Robert Icho have been appointed COO and Secretary, and Robert cash McCloy as Treasurer, respectively.
