That "investment" has been there for awhile,
just pulled up a 2009 filing, and it's the same

The current board DD (what they call DD)is harping on about a ERGO planning to buy up the float (LOL)
Doesn't ERGO remind you of the Ergonomic PC station ?
That's where those Preferred are supposedly coming from.

When PFNO de-registered, back then, there were only 200 or so stockholders of record.

Since de-registration the OS has increased by a factor of 10 !
