The point he is trying to make is that USEI is a pump and dump scheme...pain and simple.

They did it last year while trying to hawk their so called biofuel, and now they are doing it again this year with vapor pens and lollipops...which by the way, they are no longer doing as per today's corporate update. The pps will continue to drop and will only serve the shorters.
