Edit: And now someone added 250,000 shares to the ask when we were super thin to .035?????



I bet it is someone taking advantage of the increased interest to flip a portion of their position...probably expecting it to do what it usually does after a rise, go back to the .019 area. Maybe it will or maybe it won't. We'll see.
