CEO is the head of the company. He is the face of the company. He is to be professional on every level.

There is NO excuse for the CEO of any company to write nasty letters to investors. He should be begging everyone for forgiveness!

If this is how he responds to emails, maybe it would be best not to respond to emails? Or hire someone who has half a brain with relations?

I don't care if he's getting threatened. This guy is so unprofessional! Good thing he got a raise to $350,000 !
