So what I got out of the Video was DOk or Jacobsen was trying to create hype for USEI so he could make some big cash. When the question came up about Edibles Tony most likely said their are non yet. That made Jacobsen upset realizing they haven't been selling edibles and he realized he couldn't just flip for a big gain.

The reason why there are no edibles im assuming is because they are targeting Washington for Edibles. Well if they sold any marijuana edibles in Washington it would be "ILLEGAL" for a public company to make money off a product without first having consent to work as a dispensary from the state. and since they state has not given out any LICENSES to sell MARIJUANA recreationally they have not produced them yet. remember July.

Colorado: Tony said he was sending people from the WA that he has met with to basically try and get something off the ground there in CO. Well maybe it hasn't worked out because obviously there is a huge market there all ready.
