And why should SRGE investors be waiting for MSJ to make an announcement, when it's the fiduciary responsibility of SRGE management to make such an important material disclosure to their shareholders?

Unfortunately, it looks like that will never happen as SRGE management ran away and is in hiding the past year, never again to address shareholders or distribute anything that may have been obtained in a transaction with MSJ. And, yes, this also means no one is home to move SRGE to another stock exchange, like that wasn't another pipe dream anyway. Yep, SRGE shareholders have been ripped off big time imo.
