Seems to me a lot of their decisions are based on cost so they go hire dental sales people on the cheap, an outside PR firm that does not seem to embrace current media capabilities probably to save a few pennies, and a financial guy that has major accomplishment he promotes on LinkedIn seems to be what I personally would expect of an accounting person not a C level person.

At least we used to get some information when Public Relations were in-house.

I really feel they are reluctant to invest and have a depression type mentality from the tough times - they need outside help in my opinion
