The Cusimanos took Copa Airlines flight CM 830 on June 10th to JFK. They were escorted by Panamanian police/officials.

5. On or about June 10, 2014, the defendants were escorted by Panamanian law enforcement o?icials onto Copa Airlines ?ight number CM 830 bound for John F. Kennedy International Airport (“JFK Airport”) in Queens, New York. That day, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the defendants arrived at JFK Airport.
