I think your assessment of this does not take into account the true value potential of this company.

1) GTC: if the two other deals that were mentioned on the 10k close, that could bring in $1.5-2m a year as it ramps up. With more sales force and ground stations built, that could certainly grow faster. With Drew's connection to the army, perhaps we have an inroad to selling tracking for army, navy and airforce assets and personnel too.
Just taking $1-2m a year profit for a rapid growth company, valuation can already be $60m ie. 5- 10 cents if they keep operating costs low.

2) Argus and strat potentials: it is clear that Facebook and Google, and potentially other telcos would be very interested in this space for years to come. We need more information to come out on successful flight tests but once successful documented flight tests happen, I would not be too surprised if we had interested big-name big-dollar partners calling. If untested tech can bring north of $60m, imagine if there is a potentially working model.

3) If I am not wrong, we have something like an $80m tax write-off sitting on our books. That alone is worth 5-10cents to any large profitable company.

4) If the DRNE asset holds and has a book value of $5-10m, that should translate to at least 1 cent of value. If they get any orders of size from NIE or border security or if tensions in Iraq escalate, or if shares there are used to acquire other profitable drone companies, then who knows what it could be worth?

Thus one could argue that one could very shortly value the company at 15-30cents with appropriate debt restatements and with concerted effort to bring things into actual fruition (ramp up GTC to at least $1-2m and have positive test flights that gets WSJ coverage)...

The reason I am upset with GE at the helm is we should really NOT be at 0.006 at all if he actually was worth any salt. His neglect of shareholder value is appalling! We actually have much more value going on than the prior patent shell (with no patent), yet even that was trading at $0.3 to $1.5 prior to ltas merging into it.
