Clearly there were problems between management and the merger was never completed.
It is highly possible that Danny Copyrighted the OU game when he finished developing it. That makes it his copyright. There is absolutely zero proof that the Copyright or the game belongs to IENT.
I suggest you call or email JW and ask him to provide evidence of his claim to ownership of the OU game.
I'm still waiting for him to respond to my request to provide the source of the $400,000 that JW claims was spent on the game.
Read this again:
IENT current websites including www.IENT.com, www.TotalSims.com, www.M4TankBrigade.com, will shortly include the games and products of the Great Outdoors.
That clearly states the "games and products of the Great Outdoors" and shows that the games belonged to GO and Danny.
IENT has not created or released a new game in a dozen years. One has to wonder why not?? OH - JW tried to raise funds using Kickstarter but like everything else, that was a failure too.
NEVER LET A STUMBLE IN THE ROAD BE THE END OF THE JOURNEY!
