the design of the studioplex was a manu dreamscape. when i looked at the presentation seen the glass bridges and leaves of more glass wasn't based in reality. of course the studioplex can have all the things manu envisioned but brought down to earth. if it turns into a reality it could easy become a asset of staggering proportions.

charles k seems like a guy imo that would want to finish a life's work helping to create something like the studioplex.

imo koppleman will get it completed and grow shareholder value.
