That's a technical reason, imo.

It has nothing to do with logic.

Logic says it should've been suspended then delisted almost 5 years ago.

Remember when Gaffney PRed that he was retiring 500M of his personal shares, after he increased the AS to 20B?

It should've been shut down right then and there.
