I calculated the value of the initial 435 mil shares at the PPS in the agreement, .0182. This is the baseline value. I then grossed up the avg of the lowest VWAPs (.0027/.2), to get the new baseline PPS. Divide the baseline value by the new baseline PPS to determine the new share count.
