There is reason to be concerned. Why did they barrow $600K. That is a lot of debt. Why are they selling millions of shares for $5K? What's going in with the sales of the superstar? What is going on with the app? Why pursue a cookbook, come on man, when did you last but a cook book.

Take a step back? I'm down nearly 80%. Can't step back much more.
