Once a securities firm is found that specializes in class action law suits for the most part SH can sit back and at least gain some satisfaction in knowing:
(1) every hour Hilal's Atty (Laskowski) spends trying to defend Hilal's ass will drain the bastards wallet by as much as $500. And yes there will be many hours, weeks, and months of this. Hilal's legal bills will be astronomical !
(2) A win for SH is likely however only expect a return of pennies on the dollar because as is the case for the majority of legal battles only the attorneys win big.
(3) If Whatscookin is willing and generous enough to invest his time in locating a securities firm that will accept our class action suit (and this type of search is a major major pain in the ass, stomach churning, and time consuming effort) I am more than willing to front any necessary retainer attorneys fee.
(4) Hilal will lose this legal battle and force the sale of his company assets to pay for the verdict and attorneys fees
(4) Previously some may have been a bit reluctant to move forward with the suit thinking it might damage the company we were invested in. Well we don't have that worry anymore.
As someone here has already stated we may go down but it won't be without a fight. Win or lose (I like our chances) the C.A. will most certainly let this bastard know SH did not just go away quietly like he may have hoped.
