Just a note they are going back and forth, Astrazeneca/Omethra trying hard to get case dismissed! They made a argument that even though EPANOVA is approved now, should be dismissed based on the usual nonsense, they filed before the PDUFA etc,etc,yadi,yada,yadi. Lawyers have a way of blowing more bullshit out their asses than living bulls. Lets see how this goes, who has the best lawyer. Seems so far the judge has not decided to dismiss this so fast, aybe a good sign!
