instead of spending money on promoters right now they should be buying back stock
Promoters in penny land are pretty much used for one thing.
Using company funds to buy back stock, invest in getting products to market before website roll outs, etc. etc., would indicate that they were interested in being a real company and have an appreciation for investors ...
