There could an equity offering soon. Tonight after hours would be a logical time. But if we can get some more PRs soon, then the negative effect of it should be minor and short-lived.

FWIW shorts are trend-followers. Anyone who claims to be shorting on a major breakout is either a very poor trader or he is being deliberately misleading.
