INDR Chill at TDA

I agree about the skull & O/S size as common in old shells. More concerning is the chill. Until lifted it makes trading difficult. Think there are better ways to spend time.

Order cannot be processed due to a DTC chill restricting the ability to transfer a security and settle the trade.

It is hard to imagine a more stupid or more dangerous way of making decisions than by putting those decisions in the hands of people who pay no price for being wrong.
