I don't feel that has any real effect on stocks like this anymore than it effects the next spin of a roulette wheel. There is no evidence that Lee is not actually Tony the CEO of USEI for that matter lol. Its all based off of rumor, innuendo, and half truths like all penny stocks on the OTC.
