usually with wave it looked to me like the shares were redistributed either before or after the funding and the warrants were retained.

i wouldn't be surprised if this same scenario is playing out here.

i have no doubt that this was a great deal for wave and as an investor it is one i'd have bitten your hand of for 3 months ago. the fact the price has moved around between yesterday and today is neither here nor there for me. it's trader calculations that get affected. some of the tradoids are doubtless miffed.
