there are different ways to look at things.

but using your method, i agree, except with the mid-post suggestion that new investors paid $1.90 per share. they paid $1.90 for shares plus warrants. looks like the market thinks the price net of warrants was around $1.71.

this was acknowledged at the end of your post so minor thing.
