We cannot comment on the pending plan dealing with the situation regarding the auditor other than what was contained in our filing. As shareholders know from our amended response, the SEC did make an inquiry to us and asked that we provide a response which we did publicly. It is our understanding that the SEC accepted our response.

While we are late with our filings, the SEC has not provided us with any notification or request for information as to the status of the filings. We are certainly aware of the situation and plan on taking appropriate actions to correct it; however, we are not presently comfortable announcing a timeline for doing so.
