To warn the real investors that a HUGE R/S is about to happen.. And in my experience a R/S in penny land is almost always a 99% loss..

Not to mention while the shares are locked up, the company will be selling driving the pps down.. IMO

I've been through 4 R/S and lost money on every single one!
