Besides the FDA is not bound by ADCOM to make approval decision, they staged it to dismiss SPA. It was obviously their plan, as you and I know. We can only hope the higher ups approve Anchor Label, right their wrong. My gut feeling is this is political, higher up than the minions, not science. We may have to go to court to resolve this issue. The tactics smell of: Delay Amarin the company, as much as possible. It will be hard to refute the evidence of EPA's MO on CVD as time goes on.

So another ADCOM is not needed. If this is to complicated for all the scientist/Physicians the FDA has at their disposal. Well it may be time to to pull drug approvals out of the FDA's list responsibility's.
