I think we could safely say it's very close to being statistically significant. Despite the small population.
We're seeing meaningful clinical effects on patients suffering at the extreme end of untreatable cancers. Cancers that have no other treatment options.
These are very sick people who effectively have death sentences. To see early evidence of turning anything around in these indications is, quite frankly, thrilling.

Put it this way, if you could treat 100 people for decapitation and one of those people grew another head, that would be statistically significant, given the effect size.

I'm excited. The prospect of the end of cancer has given me a shot of adrenaline.
