They can only buy 25% of a day's volume. If there is no volume, there aren't many shares that they can buy. Had the SEC not halted trading in those other two companies, I doubt we would be having this conversation today and the price would probably be considerably higher.
Okay so I'll clarify more on your post .... Knowing full well that a run had started just before those 2 halts that PR, as good as it was, most likely would have generated another 60-100 mil type of day.
We need the company to stay on top if they want to increase shareholder value. Any fresh PR to help calm things back down would have been appreciated rather than seeing this massive drop in price.
ANAS has a great chance to attract investors at least help get the price over .01 to up-list and get on the MJ index. As soon as WDCO showed up and as long as the price goes down day after day who will invest?
