Typical Henthorn style. He has been doing this kind of thing since 2000. But he is still claiming that it is audited when it doesn't appear to be so. It is reasonable for anybody to conclude that it accountant or auditor is indeed DKM. If I were DKM and I had not audited the financials, I would really be upset about the matter regardless of the wording. And I would certainly communicate the issue to the PCOAB. I would not allow my firm to be used in such a manner. The appearance of impropriety would be enough.
