I'd like to correct a misunderstanding that seems to be gaining traction on the board. The F/S do not say DKM is 'the CPA' that prepared & audited the F/S. They seem to be very carefully crafted to give that impression, but look closer.

Mr. Klein of DKM is listed under the section '3rd Party Providers'. Other providers listed are (2) 'Legal Counsels' & the IR Consultant (Mr. Henthorn himself). By identifying DKM as a 3rd party provider they are stating that DKM did NOT prepare the report, but they provided some information that is in it, whether that is a lot or a little is unknown.

Also, they are listed as the "Accountant OR Auditor". What? Which is it? Accountant OR auditor? Or both. By slipping in the "OR Auditor" line, he is giving people the impression he is the auditor while in fact covering himself by actually not saying it, so technically he isn't 'lying'.

Mr. Henthorn seems to be able to parse words like a politician. This filing appears more and more dubious by the day, imo.
