At this point,I'm not even too sure what difference it will make.We're out of money,dreadfully over diluted ,have zero confidence of the market and not much in the way of prospects for the future....not a pretty picture- hardly the 'great opportunity" the glassy eyed rah rah boys were always bleating about....Its going to take tough medicine to get back on track,I see no other alternative than to consolidate and recapitalize.....new management goes without saying...but hey,it's not ALL bad,there's a silver lining in every cloud,Mr fifer and his friends have done very well,very well indeed...tell yah,with friends like that a man don't need enemies
