In my opinion that meeting never happened and if it did it's a slap in the face to ALL the other shareholders.

Two days prior to the meeting with Jimzin there was a monthly shareholderS update but nothing mentioned in update that transpired at the shareholder meeting. I thought monthly updates was just for that purpose to update ALL shareholders.

Jimzin claims to have been a shareholder of Biel since 2008 but his posts of 108 started in 2012.

Anyone following Biel and Andy knows DIE-LUTION isn't anything new. PPS was at least 10 cents 4 or 5 years ago and was DIE-LUTED down to trip zeros but most recently it was high of 0.0084 and DIE-LUTED down to 0.0026.

One thing I see for sure is FLUFF PR season is over and they need to create a new way to lure buys.
