No release on the make-up of the dividend. (again)

Record date now delayed until April 28. (Anyone remember when Downs' stock becomes unrestricted?)

IPO for 995ad on the horizon; no mention of any exchange listed, so probably the pinks. (at $5 per share...uh, sure)
