I haven't sold any stock in USEI but I do believe what's holding the pps down is credibility and a history of not fulfilling promises. If you say something will be out in such an such a time make sure it is or don't say it in the first place. If apple says new I phone will be out by end of June and August rolls around and still no phone or explanation they would lose credibility and rightfully so. I'm not saying this is a scam but I am left wondering if management is competent in what they are doing. Hopefully I'm completely wrong and your right.
