They claim to pay shareholders $1 per 100 shares.

That is not what the divy PR says. The divy PR says that for every share of WNTR the shareholder will receive $0.01 value of Green Fund.

Later it was made known that each 100 shares of WNTR will equal 1 share of Green Fund.

There is nothing that says anyone will get $1 per 100 shares of WNTR. You make it sound like this is a cash divy, it is not!

They promised no RS before June 30th which isn't the dividend payout date, it's the date that you need to own shares to qualify for the dividend.

This is true, no RS before June 30th...and if there is a RS after June 30th (which I don't foresee listening to the interview with Frank) that RS..... if one does occur, will not affect the amount of the divy.
