Oh not just fraud - in addition to the fraud count he pleaded out to on the first indictment and the superceding grand jury indictment for multiple counts of money laundering, trafficking in counterfeit goods, interstate transportation of stolen items,theft of trade secrets, multiple counts of mail and wire fraud, transportation of stolen goods, etc., he also pleaded guilty to a whole separate case for financial/bank fraud.

NTEK's convicted serial felon founder and current spokesmodel and tout-in-chief, David Russell Foley, is a recidivist criminal.
