Ten thousand bonafide scams that the SEC allows to operate daily on the OTC and they decide to halt AEGY after a few months of merger talks. I have a feeling this won't be the last weed stock that is on the witch hunt list.
IMHO this will be OK and it will just take time to get the merger to shake out. I've been in other pinks that were in the same position (merger) and it took over a year to get all the details worked out. Thought I had made a big mistake but ultimately made bank.
