The audit will likely be done before Aug 15th & once complete Ed will apply w/the SEC & include the audited financials to be fully reporting. He will not upload the financials to OTC Markets until after hours on Aug 15th which is a Friday, the Q2 unaudited fins will likely be uploaded at the same time AH.
