He also did say that the audit would probably be complete in advance of the deadline but results would not be released until probably the last minute. (not an exact quote). So do not start panicking the first week of August when we do not hear anything. That was him telling everyone not to get worked up in the second week of August. He was probably saying it will be an afternoon announcement or after hours announcement on the 15th. JMO.
